كِتَابٌ فُصِّلَتْ آيَاتُهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ


Asad : a divine writ, the messages whereof have been clearly spelled out as a discourse in the Arabic tongue2 for people of [innate] knowledge,
Malik : a Book whose verses are well explained, a Qur'an in the Arabic language for people who understand.
Mustafa Khattab :

˹It is˺ a Book whose verses are perfectly explained—a Quran in Arabic for people who know,

Pickthall : A scripture whereof the verses are expounded, a Lecture in Arabic for people who have knowledge.
Yusuf Ali : A Book whereof the verses are explained in detail a Qur'an in Arabic for people who understand
