قَالُوا لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا لَنَا فِي بَنَاتِكَ مِنْ حَقٍّ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَعْلَمُ مَا نُرِيدُ

Asad : They answered: "Thou hast always known that we have no use whatever for thy daughters;110 and, verily, well dost thou know what we want!"
Malik : They said: "Well you know, we have no right to your daughters. You know fully well what we want."
Mustafa Khattab :

They argued, “You certainly know that we have no need for your daughters. You already know what we desire!”

Pickthall : They said: Well thou knowest that we have no right to thy daughters, and well thou knowest what we want.
Yusuf Ali : They said: "Well dost thou know we have no need of thy daughters: indeed thou knowest quite well what we want!"
Transliteration : Qaloo laqad AAalimta ma lana fee banatika min haqqin wainnaka lataAAlamu ma nureedu
